Seller Payments, Fees & Payouts

At BuyMyRecipes, our goal is simple: help creators earn money from their recipes while keeping the platform easy and transparent.
How You Get Paid
When a customer purchases your recipe:
- The payment is processed through BuyMyRecipes.
- Your earnings are added to your seller balance.
- Once your balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount, you may request a payout.
Platform Commission
BuyMyRecipes keeps 20% of each sale as a marketplace commission.
Sellers receive approximately 80% of the sale price, minus any applicable payment processing fees charged by payment providers.

Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum payout request is:

Balances below this amount will remain in your account until the minimum threshold is reached.
Payout Approval
For security and fraud prevention:
- All payout requests may be reviewed before being sent.
- BuyMyRecipes reserves the right to delay or deny payouts involving suspected fraud, policy violations, or payment disputes.

Available payout methods may include:
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
Additional payout options may be added in the future.
Seller Tax Responsibility
Sellers are independent creators and are solely responsible for:
- Reporting their income
- Paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes
- Complying with all tax laws in their jurisdiction
BuyMyRecipes does not provide tax advice. Sellers should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.
Refunds & Chargebacks
If an order is refunded or reversed due to a chargeback, the associated earnings may be deducted from the seller’s balance where permitted.
Policy Changes
BuyMyRecipes reserves the right to modify its payout policies, commission structure, and payment procedures at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on this page.
