At BuyMyRecipes, we believe creators should be rewarded for sharing their recipes with the world. This page explains how seller earnings, marketplace fees, and payouts work on our platform.

Payment Processing Fees

BuyMyRecipes retains a 20% marketplace commission on each completed sale.

Sellers receive the remaining 80% of eligible earnings after applicable payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, or adjustments.

This commission helps support:

Payment Processing Fees

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payout information when requested.

Refunds, Chargebacks & Adjustments

  • If a customer receives a refund, files a dispute, chargeback, or if fraudulent activity is detected, related seller earnings may be withheld, adjusted, reversed, or removed from payout balances when necessary.

    BuyMyRecipes reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions or account activity to help protect buyers, sellers, and the platform.

Seller Responsibilities

By selling on BuyMyRecipes, sellers agree that they are solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy of their listings
  • ownership of uploaded content
  • ensuring they have the legal rights to any recipes, images, PDFs, or files uploaded to the platform
  • complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Unauthorized, stolen, misleading, or fraudulent content is strictly prohibited.

Account Reviews & Payout Holds

BuyMyRecipes reserves the right to review, delay, withhold, or deny payouts for accounts suspected of:

  • fraud
  • chargeback abuse
  • intellectual property violations
  • suspicious activity
  • policy violations
  • misuse of the platform

These measures help maintain a safe and trusted marketplace for all users.
